DePIN and DAO for Vineyard and Cellar Industry
XDCellar turns the OIV’s wine standards into open digital infrastructure: verifiable e-labels compliant with EU Regulation 2021/2117, batch passports, and cryptographic proofs anchored on the XDC Network and the XRP Ledger — token-free, open-source, and governed as a commons by the industry itself.
Redefining wine standards through decentralization and collaboration
Whether you want to follow the OIV standards and digitize them, obtain a compliant e-label with its QR and on-chain proof, or build applications on a clean, dedicated data infrastructure — XDCellar is the DAO and the toolkit you need. Every DAO member receives the Compliance Kit as a welcome gift.

FAQ
What is the purpose of XDCellar DAO
XDCellar develops open infrastructure for the wine industry, built on a standard aligned with the OIV nomenclature. Concretely, it provides verifiable e-labels compliant with EU Regulation 2021/2117 (ingredients, nutrition declaration, up to 24 languages), batch passports, and cryptographic proofs anchored — and publicly verifiable — on the XDC Network and the XRP Ledger, plus a ready-to-deploy Compliance Kit for producers.
Is my wine compliant with the new EU labelling rules?
Since 8 December 2023, EU Regulation 2021/2117 requires an ingredients list and a nutrition declaration on wine — which can be presented through a QR e-label. Our Compliance page details every obligation, and the Compliance Kit lets you generate a compliant e-label with its QR and anchor its proof in a few clicks, on XRPL and/or XDC.
I have an idea, how can I implement it?
DAO participants can not only vote but also submit their ideas for integration. Consulting the team to present your project is free, and if your idea is deemed interesting and moves to production, you may be invited to join the decentralized organization.
How to join and participate ?
XDCellar's governance runs through the DAO. A soulbound governance NFT — now live on the XDC Network and the XRP Ledger (XRPL), one per wallet — lets each member take part in the votes: one member, one voice, no token. Every member also receives the Compliance Kit as a welcome gift: a ready-to-deploy toolkit to bring their cuvées into compliance and anchor the proof on-chain. Contributors, whether developers building on the ecosystem or end users, are welcome to join and help shape the standards.
